Refund policy

Returns
Returns are valid for 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@genmindful.com.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to process an exchange, email the details to info@genmindful.com and return your item to: ATTEN: GEN:M RETURNS, 2065 Pomme Road, Arnold, Missouri US 63010.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
