This is such a great book! My 20 month old has had me read this to him dozens of times. Great illustrations and a great message. The mirror at the end is his favorite.

This is such a sweet little book. My daughter (3) adores it! The illustrations are super cute, and my daughter loves doing the little interactive prompts. I think this book does a fantastic job in engaging my daughter. Love it!!

She likes to read the book in english several times per day even though that's not her language, because it's rhyming and the words make rhythmic sentences. My daughter likes to search for the animals following a list of the animals-totems that was with the book. I like that love is found in every part of what makes us who we are (internal motivation leads to confidence).

Calming Strategies
Generation Mindful is helping my 4 year old learn calming strategies for when he gets upset. The only thing is I wish they had a simplified version of the sheet because he has expressed that there are too many choices and it stresses him out. I have to cover some up so he can use it.

Another incredible product from some pretty incredible souls sharing tools that many of us (my husband and I and many others obviously) need and want to give our children the confidence and ability to be mindful, thoughtful, COMPASSIONATE humans! My two daughters love the calming corner and reading books is always one of their favorite calming strategies.
