Making it safe to feel!

Generation Mindful was founded by Suzanne Tucker, a mom of four who has been a physical therapist and parent educator for over 30 years.

While teaching positive discipline classes, Suzanne saw a need for tangible, evidence-based tools and toys to help parents and educators bring emotionally healthy practices into everyday lives, particularly when adults are feeling stressed and/or children are acting out.

I needed something in a box, with instructions, a video, and a community to hold my hand. I created Generation Mindful because it's what I needed. I knew all the positive parenting science and strategies, but knowing something and doing it are two different things.”

Generation Mindful was founded by Suzanne Tucker, a mom of four who has been a physical therapist and parent educator for over 30 years. I've heard it said that adulthood gives us the opportunity to be the person we needed when we were young. This is the inspiration for my life’s work. It took motherhood, birthing four children, and healing through five miscarriages for me to fully awaken to the intuitive being that I am (that we all are). 

I see life as a journey we were never meant to do alone. If you are a cyclecreaking caregiver, looking for tools and support, I hope you'll join the Generation Mindful App (FREE).
