What Our Customers Are Saying
— Heidi E., Verified Buyer
“I can remember struggling to get my daughter to talk about anything. You woukd ask her what was wrong, and she would curl up in a ball. Now she just runs to her poster and points to what she is feeling. It has completely changed the way we communicate. We are closer and I am more able to address her needs, because she now has a voice.”

“This morning while getting ready for preschool my 4-year-old kept saying he didn't want to go and was refusing to get ready. I was starting to lose my patience but saw our Calming Strategies chart on the wall. I asked my son what he wanted to do to feel more calm. He chose to squeeze a ball. So we did it together and both calmed down! Then we were then able to finish getting ready and he brought the ball in the car to squeeze on the way to school. Thank you Generation Mindful!”

Life-Changing for my children feeling
Absolutely delighted with these educational posters on feeling. These posters have been a game-changer for my children. They beautifully illustrate a wide array of emotions, making it easier for them to recognize and understand their feelings. Moreover, the practical tips and guidance provided on the posters empower my kids by teaching them effective methods to manage and regulate their emotions in various situations. I highly recommend to any parent or caregiver looking to support a child's emotional development.

Wonderful way to organize emotions!
Even my husband, who always claims to not have many emotions, really appreciates the way this organize feelings into pleasant/unpleasant, high/low energy. My bigger kids like identifying their feelings too, and my son with ASD is better able to parse how he’s feeling! Thank you!

Great poster for identifying feelings
I like the way this poster gives feelings and facial expressions go along with the the feelings. It is helpful to have more feelings to choose from as we grow older and need to express more complex feelings .

Love them
I love this poster! It lives right next to my sandtray table. Kids (and adults) of all ages are drawn to it and use it to decipher their feelings - often without prompt!

Very helpful
Our kids, ages 4 & 6, have been finding this a very helpful tool, as a check in during the morning before school and when they are upset.

A staple..
A staple in our house!!! I bought a specific frame (we’ve bought quite a few of these and they get destroyed), and my daughter loves mimicking the faces as we discuss the feelings.

Crumbled Poster
I like the product, but I'm disappointed in the quality of shipping. This shouldn't of been shipped in a bubble envelope.

Love our feelings faces!
So pleased with this purchase! Love the quality of this poster, plus the diversity in the feelings faces. My little one is already starting to talk about his feelings more!

Worth it!
This is by far the best feelings poster I’ve found. It is simple and easy for little ones to understand. Shipping to Aus took about 2 weeks (which was expected) however I’m so glad I chose this poster. My little one is loving being able to identify emotions and categorise them and the quality is great.

Perfect addition!
Love this poster and how it works so well with ‘My Calming Corner Strategies Poster’. Easily breaks down more complex feelings after learning the basic 2 from the other poster. I love the size and having the faces to help teach my son about how he is feeling! Love it!

Amazing for Toddlers.
My 4yr old explains how he is feeling so much better now that we have this poster. He also loves learning new ways to describe his emotions.

Feelings Faces
I love the colors and the simple design for working with younger children. It could be slightly larger but is very effective.

Appropriate for a wide range of ages!
I am a cognitive educational therapist (mostly work with dyslexic and ADHD students) and use this chart in my room. My students love using the chart and sharing how they are feeling which I have been surprised. I work with 1st-5th graders and they have all stopped to talk about how they are feeling. Many of my students struggle academically so identifying and understanding feelings is an important part of my therapy! Thanks for the great resource and talking point!
