Our one-on-one parent coaching offers personalized, compassionate support. Meet virtually one-on-one with a trained coach to problem-solve behavior challenges, build routines, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and more! You can bring any parenting challenge to your coach to talk through.
Parent coaching can occur either one time or on an ongoing basis.
At Generation Mindful, we believe behavior is communication, and that children do well when they can. Our parent coaches will help you get underneath challenging behaviors—so you can respond in ways that build emotional safety, cooperation, and trust.

Suzanne Tucker, PT, CEIM
Parent Educator, Founder of Generation Mindful®

Suzanne Tucker is a parent coach and the founder of Generation Mindful. With nearly 30 years of experience working with families—and as a mom of four—Suzanne supports caregivers who want to end power struggles, reduce meltdowns, and build calm, connected relationships with their children. Her work is rooted in positive parenting, emotional literacy, practical mindfulness practices, and brain-based approaches that help families thrive without punishment or shame.
In her one-on-one parent coaching, Suzanne guides parents in understanding emotional triggers, healing patterns from their own childhood, and responding to challenging behavior with confidence and clarity. Parents often seek Suzanne’s coaching for support with emotional regulation, respectful discipline, and parenting through stress. She is an international speaker and co-author of two books, including the children’s book Heart’s Treasure Hunt and Shine After the Storm, a collection of reflections on miscarriage, infertility, grief, and inner healing.
Gina Rocchio-Gymer, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Parent & Family Coach
Gina Rocchio-Gymer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and parent coach with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families. She works with parents navigating challenges such as cooperation, listening, emotional regulation, and frequent meltdowns, as well as families impacted by trauma. Gina helps parents better understand their child’s behavior through a trauma-informed, relationship-based lens.
Gina earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia. In addition to her private practice, she has provided mental health services in hospitals, schools, residential treatment centers, and public health settings. Her coaching offers practical tools for positive parenting, emotional development, and building safer, more predictable home environments.
Dusha Cecil, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker | Parent & Family Coach

Dusha Cecil is a Licensed Master Social Worker and parent coach with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families. In addition to her work as a high school social worker, Dusha provides mental health support in hospital and private practice settings. Parents often work with Dusha when navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or moments of crisis within the family system.
Dusha holds both her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and her Master’s Degree with a mental health concentration from Saint Louis University and is working toward play therapy certification. Her coaching style is compassionate, steady, and supportive, helping parents build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence. Outside of her work, Dusha enjoys time with friends and being a devoted dog mom to Charlie.
