Feelings Friday - I ask for what I want and need 

How comfortable are you when it comes to asking for help? Asking those you love and even strangers for the things you want/need?

This week we are talking about putting an end to "be seen not heard" by opening our throats, finding our voices and empowering our children to do the same. 

Let's breathe this week's Feelings Friday mantra in, break it down and apply it to our lives mindfully and playfully with children.
